The club will host a 2-day Argus Certification course for 25 Sauder students (15 spots for REC Exec and 10 for general members). Argus modeling is a software used to breakdown the financials of a commercial real estate lease over time. This allows you to model commercial leases without building an excel model from scratch to analyze a new commercial real estate opportunity. It is a notable certification among employers. After a selection process, there will be a charge of $100 per student.
